Over time, carbon builds up in the intake and chokes airflow, robbing your diesel of power and economy and pushing up soot. Our chemical intake clean clears that build-up — keeping your engine breathing and slowing soot loading as it ages.
We use the same FlexFuel Carbon X3 chemical process to break down and flush carbon from the intake side — on-site, no major strip-down. Cleaner airflow = more efficient combustion = less soot reaching your DPF.
Our clean is a gentle chemical clean — not a bare-metal strip (we don't clean so hard that we risk damaging parts). If an intake runner or swirl flap is already jammed or damaged by carbon (which usually already shows a fault code), cleaning won't restore it — that part needs repairing or replacing. We'll tell you straight if that's what we find.
From $550, mobile across Melbourne. Great paired with a DPF or hydrogen clean.
